The full payment must be paid before April 28th 2024
There is strictly no refund on the deposit booking of $500 AUD.
There is strictly no refund if cancelled less than 4 months within retreat commencement as all the rooms, tents, camels, tours & adventures have been booked and paid for, though in the case of extreme illness or injury less than 4 months within retreat commencement the participant may apply to transfer their fees to a future retreat minus the initial deposit of $500 AUD.
A doctors certificate will need to be provided if a cancellation application to transfer fees is made.
If you cancel within the less than 4 months window of time and you find someone to fill your space you will be given a full refund minus the initial deposit of $500 AUD.
If a cancellation is made before the 4 month window then the fees will be allowed to be transferred to a future retreat minus the initial deposit.
In the unlikely event that the event organiser cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, the participants would receive a full refund minus any nonrefundable deposits from venues or tours within 3 months of cancellation.
