By Booking into this Retreat you are agreeing to:
The full payment must be paid within 30 days of retreat commencement
There is strictly no refund on the deposit booking of 300 euro
There is strictly no refund if cancelled less than 60 days within retreat commencement, though in the case of extreme illness or injury less than 60 days within retreat commencement the participant may apply to transfer their fees to a future retreat minus the initial deposit of 300 euro.
A doctors certificate will need to be provided if a cancellation application to transfer fees is made.
If you cancel within the less than 60 days window of time and you find someone to fill your space you will be given a full refund minus the initial deposit of 300 euro.
If a cancellation is made before the 60 day window then the fees will be allowed to be transferred to a future retreat minus the initial deposit.
In the unlikely event that the event organiser cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, the participants would receive a full refund within 3 months of cancellation.

When securing your spot through booking your deposit for this retreat, you are agreeing to the above policies and take full responsibility for any personal items lost or injuries that may happen on the retreat.
